Use of This Website
This website is provided by RM Traders to present our garment stock lot offerings and to allow buyers to request quotes and samples. By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
Product Listings
Stock lots, brands, quantities, and images shown are indicative and subject to availability. Fresh offers are added and sold daily, so listed items may sell out before an order is confirmed.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only once terms are agreed directly with our sales team. Standard payment terms are 30% advance and 70% balance against Documents Against Payment (D/P), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Brand logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are displayed to indicate the labels we source as export surplus. Their display does not imply brand endorsement or partnership.
Limitation of Liability
RM Traders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
